Format & Content
A precise schedule will be established and activities promoting collaboration and group dynamics should be planned. Icebreakers and team-building exercises can help participants feel comfortable and work effectively together.
Facilitation & Training
I would be delighted to offer my assistance in facilitating your workshops, guide discussions and manage time. However, depending on the workshop format and topic, if necessary I will also help you choose other competent facilitators and experts who can guide the workshop effectively, foster creativity and manage group dynamics.

Location, Setting & Decoration
I offer you, inspiring and functional venues, tailored to the specific workshop and the number of participants, ensuring they have a comfortable and memorable experience.
I arrange spaces to encourage interaction and engagement by considering the format of the workshop (e.g. circle, classroom-style, small groups) and adapting seating accordingly.
Additionally, I use my skills to create spatial harmony and craft visually captivating decor that instills a sense of warmth and hospitality.

Discovering the Design Thinking Method
Design Thinking is an innovative, human-centered approach to problem solving that emphasizes empathy, creativity, and collaboration to develop solutions. It can be applied to a wide range of challenges, from product design to process improvement to organizational change to drive innovation and solve complex problems.
The workshop begins with a specific challenge and goes through multiple stages of iteration: observation, interviews, brainstorming, and prototyping. Teams often cycle back and forth between these stages as they refine their understanding of the problem and develop more effective solutions.
